Filip Wielanier and Wojciech Jan Piechocinski co-founded Cookie3. Filip Wielanier also serves as the CEO of Cookie3, while Piechocinski serves as the CTO.
Filip had a diverse background blending tech consulting, product strategy, and digital marketing. He worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Bank Millennium and Deloitte Digital, where he led digital banking projects, including a core banking system rollout in Hungary.
Earlier, he held roles in product management and VR marketing at SALESmanago and Elchupacabra, contributing to Europe’s first VR campaign for a real estate developer.
Filip holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from SGH Warsaw and a Bachelor's in Media and Image Management from SWPS University, where he led a debate team and wrote a thesis on crypto perception in Poland.
Before Cookie3, Piechociński spent nearly a decade working as a .NET developer and software engineer in Poland. He held senior development roles at AXA from 2017 to 2022, starting as a .NET Developer and later advancing to Senior .NET Developer.
Prior to that, he worked at Pragmasoft and ITIS, building software solutions primarily for the insurance sector using ASP.NET and T-SQL.
